I met Charlie during his trip to Spain in February 2006, when I was relocated to join Webber Inc. to be part of his team. From the beginning, it was clear that Charlie would be for me, and for my family as well, a guardian angel in the first moments of adaptation to our new life. Shortly thereafter, he became an excellent friend. Over the three years we worked together, we formed a strong bond. We shared many joys and difficulties in carrying out our work, which allowed us to grow a strong friendship. His honesty, generosity, intelligence, common sense, peculiar sense of humor and permanent willingness to help whenever necessary, made him feel like a brother to me. Charlie will always be an important part of my life. His untimely death is a personal heartbreak for me, as I am sure is the case for everyone who knew him well. I will miss you so much Charlie. Rest in peace. Our thoughts are with your family during this difficult time.
