Wilma Ilene Harding Johns went to be with her Lord on January 7, 2018. She is preceeded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Adolph Leon Johns, her parents Rufus T Harding and Iva E Brooks Harding, son, Ronald Craig Johns and son-in law Charles E Minton, brothers Jr., Bud, Bob and Terry.
Survived by children, Regina Minton, Cynthia Houston and husband Pete, Russell Johns and wife LeaAnn, Cathy Johns and daughter in law, Pauline Johns all of Pasadena Texas and grandchildren, Charles Minton and wife Ann. Christopher Minton , Craig Johns, Jennifer Timmons and husband Chris, Pete Houston Jr. and wife Heather, Jeremy Johns and wife Carol Lee, Joseph Houston and wife Melissa, Nichole Harper and husband Levi, Beau Freeze and wife Chelesa, Shawna Courtney and husband Jeff, Danny Burkhalter Jr and wife Erin, James Torres and Natalie Torres, 27 Great Grandchildren and one great great grandchild, brothers Harry Gordon Harding and wife Patricia and Gregory Wayne Harding and partner Hisako and sisters in law, Mary Ann Harding and Sheryl Harding.
Wilma was born on November 4, 1929, in Dewey County, Webb, Oklahoma to loving parents Rufus T Harding and Iva E Brooks Harding, She was raised with six doting brothers. She along with her husband Leon Johns and two children, moved from Oklahoma to Borger, Texas, then on to Pasadena, Texas where they added three more children to the family. Wilma and Leon were very involved with their church family and choir and were members at South Main Baptist Church in Pasadena. Wilma was a very loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother and friend to many.
