Patricia Ellen Wilburn
March 1, 1940- August 29, 2023

Patricia, known as Nina or Mama Pat to many, was born on March 1, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Imogene and Thomas Fields. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend. She is survived by her sister Betty Wiggins; sons Farris Wilburn, Dean Wilburn with his wife Gwen Wilburn; grandchildren Myles Wilburn, Alexis Wilburn, Mikaela Naumann, Maegan Brown, and Nate Wilburn; nieces Donajean Mastrangelo, Beth Jimerson, Jeri Gatewood; nephews Douglas Pope and David Paul Wiggins; along with many great-nieces and nephews.
Patricia spent 35 years as an accounting manager, instructor and mentor at Houston Lighting and Power. After retiring, she was dedicated to the wellbeing of her son Farris.
Patricia loved holidays, especially Christmas. No one could outshine her house at Christmas, nor get more gifts under the tree! She had a passion for genealogy and spent many years working closely with her sisters and family traveling throughout multiple states to research family history.
Patricia lived life to its fullest and was always on the go. She was a collector of many things and loved to give to others. She was kindhearted and loving, always putting others first.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 9th, at 2 pm at Rosewood Funeral Home in the Jessie Faye Fields Chapel, 7908 Rankin Rd. Humble, Texas 77396.
