Vonda Louise Sims Browning was born April 30, 1926 in Blueridge, Texas. She peacefully passed away May 9, 2021 in Pasadena, Texas. During her young life Louise lived in Farmersville, Texas. She was next to the oldest of six sisters and two brothers.

She was married at 16 to Milton Browning for 39 years until his death in 1981. They had five children. Louise, Milton and their children moved to South Houston, Texas in 1957 where she lived until just a few years ago. As long as she lived there she loved gardening and working in her beautiful flower beds. In addition to gardening, she loved a challenging game of dominoes and was still playing until just recently.

She was a member of Watters Road Church of Christ for many years, until her Alzheimer’s disease made it impossible for her to leave her home.

Louise loved her family, especially her nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
