Condolence: Toby was my first manager when I started working at AT&T. I always remember Toby laughing and always making the best out of any situation! He had so much integrity, he was firm and fair, I absolutely loved having Toby as my manage. It was a sad day when we parted ways to work in different departments. Sending my deepest condolences to his family, Toby had a heart of gold. A message to his kids: I lost both of my parents before I finished high school. You will meet amazing people in this world that will help mentor you along the way, (Toby was one of those mentors for me), always keep your head up, live life with integrity and honor, never quit, live each day thinking about how you can make those around you happier! Never forget the love your parents have for you!

Condolence: To Toby’s Family; My heart aches for everyone of you. I don’t need to tell you he was a wonderful man, you already know that. He always asked me if wanted what he was getting rid of. I d say yes I love “stuff”. He would say he hated clutter! I respect each of the 4 young people he left behind very much. Just losing a Mother now a Father. I call on our Great Father to wrap his arms around them, comfort them and take care of them as their parents wanted. I pray for this. Amen
