Martha Joe Tulllos Bell, born on November 26, 1929 in Lufkin, Texas to Dave and Georgia Tullos went to be with the Lord on May 22, 2023 at the age of 93. She was a lifelong resident of Humble, Texas.

Martha is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph P. “Bill” Bell, and her grandson Jason DeWayne Fowler. She is survived by her daughter Billie Joe Lemaire and her husband, Frank. She is also survived by her daughter, Martha Ralphaie Lichnovsky. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren also survive.
