Obituary for
Gregory Klapesky
Greg Klapesky, 68, of Humble, Texas, went to be with the Lord on February 5th, 2023. He was a devoted Catholic who loved his family and enjoyed living to serve God and help people. God provided him the strength to be the greatest son, brother, husband, father and grandfather.
He was a kind and thoughtful individual who would go out of his way to help anyone that was in need and would use his many skills and life experiences to change their lives for the better. He enjoyed singing and being out in the country, especially fishing. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren Zachary and Bella. Greg married his best friend and soulmate, Sylvia, with whom he spent the happiest years of his life.
Greg Klapesky was born to Joseph and Genevieve Klapesky on December 21, 1954 and is preceded in death by both parents.
He is survived by his wife: Sylvia Klapesky, children Amy and Frank Guerra; siblings Carolyn Ann Willig, Joseph Charles Klapesky, Jr., Mary Margaret Chastang, Jeanette Marie Doyal, and Larry Klapesky; and grandchildren Zachary and Bella Guerra.
Funeral services will be held at 9 AM on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church and Cemetery, 1511 Highway 90 South, Anderson, Texas 77830. Burial will follow the Service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the family.
