Obituary for Harold Payne Lawson

Harold Payne  Lawson
Harold Payne Lawson, 85, passed away April 23, 2021 in Houston, Texas. Harold was born April 6, 1936 in Cedar Bluff, Texas to Newton and Clara Lawson. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Port Arthur, Texas in 1954. He served in the United States Air Force from 1956 to 1960 and was always interested in WW II airplanes and old cars. Mr. Lawson worked for the Southern Pacific and Union Pacific Railroads for 40 years as a yard clerk at the Englewood Yard, and Avis Rental Cars for 20 years. Mr. Lawson is preceded in death by his wife; Jacqueline Lawson, parents; Newton and Clara Lawson, brothers; Joe, Kenneth and Bobby Lawson. He is survived by his son; Harold Glen Lawson, daughter; Lori Nocker and her husband her Rory Nocker, grand kids; Jonathon Jennings and Rachel Nocker, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
