Condolence: Mr. McRae will be missed greatly by Harris County WCID #21. I was blessed to work closely with him for the past 23 years. He was such a dear and special person to me. He was here to watch me grow up. I was honored to have known him all these years. His absence will be felt not only by the Board of Directors and the employees of the District, but by the entire Channelview community which he served over 33 years through his work with the Water District. He was not only someone I respected, he was someone I truly loved. I will miss him sorely. To the family, I know words don't fill your void, but I hope that you take comfort in knowing how much he will be missed. I feel blessed to have known him.
