Lewis Fraser
Lewis Charles Fraser went to Heaven to be with his Lord & Savior July 15, 2020. He was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, on April 13, 1956, to Leona and Charles Fraser.
Lewis Fraser was a dedicated employee for Continental Airlines & United Airlines for 32 years and has provided for his family like no other! He had an adventurous and fulfilling childhood. His mom spent time as a nurse and Cub Scout Den Mother, among many other caring roles. His dads service in the US Army moved Lewis, his parents and three brothers, James, John and Robert, to many destinations in his early years including Germany; Little Rock, Arkansas; Radcliff, Kentucky; and their home sweet home of Tampa, Florida.
It was in Tampa, Florida, that Lewis Fraser met the love of his life, Debra Diane Kinsey. They were soon married on December 14, 1982. They have been in love for more than 38 years and have so many wonderful memories together. They were best friends and true soul mates!
Lewis Fraser only had four more days to work before retiring and they had made so many new plans together! They were blessed with one daughter, Leah Dyane Fraser, her husband Juan Rodriguez; and two grandsons, Evan Reid Fraser and Alexander Ray Rodriguez. Lewis loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them as much as possible. He had a special bond with his 15-year-old Grandson Evan and the beginning of a new bond with his adorable 2-year-old Grandson Alex! He adored them both like no others!
In 1974, Lewis Fraser attended the University of South Florida in Tampa. In 1978, he graduated from the National Aviation Academy in Clearwater, Florida, and began working in the aviation field. He worked for several airlines which moved his family to Georgia and North Carolina. In 1988, Lewis Fraser and his family moved to Houston, Texas to work for Continental Airlines. He loved his job and made sure everyone knew it. He enjoyed working for Continental Airlines, now known as United Airlines, in maintenance control for more than 32 years and planned to retire in 2020.
Lewis Fraser will be remembered for his love and devotion to his family, friends, neighbors, colleagues and many others who had the pleasure of knowing him. He went out of his way to help others no matter what the cost. He is one of the most giving and caring people in the world, and he is loved by all of his family and countless friends.
