Obituary for
Glenda Dawn McCabe (Miller)
To know her was to love her-
Her smile- her charm, her warm embrace,
and her caring heart.
Glenda Dawn McCabe (Miller) 59, passed away on June 28, 2020 at her home in Spring Texas surrounded by family.
Glenda was born on October 16, 1960 in Fort Campbell Kentucky. She graduated from New Caney High School in 1979. She became a wife, homemaker, mother and a devoted Christian.
Glenda is survived by her husband, Charles McCabe; mother Sally Miller; sister Carrie Bothmann; husband Larry; nephews James and John Bowen, Hunter Bothmann; son Kevin Goss; wife Samantha; grandchildren David, Sidney, Sarah and Daniel; daughter Kelli Garza; husband Aaron; grandchildren Karsyn, Logan and Reagan; daughter Kasey Foster; husband Derrick; daughter Karly Goss; boyfriend Francis Lopez; daughter Christa McCabe; stepdaughter Chloe McCabe; grandchildren Izabel and Easton Moyer and numerous family and friends. She is proceeded in death by her father Johnny Miller.
Glenda was one of the kindest and sweetest people you could ever meet. Never once did she complain about her illness, instead she focused on her faith. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
The family believes that when someone passes, their life does not end but rather changes. We know that Glenda has reached a place of everlasting peace alongside Jesus Christ. While we grieve her passing, with our grief comes the lightness of hope.
Psalm 27:4
“One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.”
John 11:25/26
“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die, and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.”
