Betty was born in Houston, Texas on June 7th 1931. She would have been 89 years old next month.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents Ben and Elois Blackburn. She is survived by three sisters, Geraldine Smith, Lorrie Harrington and Ginger Smith; her children, Deborah Johnson and her husband Nelson, Catherine Rush and her husband Scott, David Gray and his wife Kathy. She also had 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren however every child she met she considered her grandchild.

Betty was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
