Condolences

Condolence From: Kay Morman
Condolence: Tiffany, Greg and to all the rest of your family, I'm just at a loss for words to express my sorrow for your dad's passing. The grief is hard to live with but the joy of knowing that he is in such a beautiful place now will help to comfort you during this terrible time. Just know that I love you both and am praying for your family as well.

Condolence From: Jim Willmann
Condolence: John was one of my 3 older brothers. We lived in North Kansas City, MO back in the 1950's and 60's. John was an all star baseball player in high school at NKC, home of the Hornets. I was quite a bit younger than all my brothers and looked up to them. They were my heroes. They were all very good athletes and John's favorite sport was baseball. He was a naturally gifted athlete, I think he could have excelled at any sport. I used to love watching him play at Northtown. His senior year he had the chance to hit against Ray Sadecki who would go on to sign and star for the St Louis Cardinals. He knew if he did well he might catch the eye of a scout. He went 2 for 3 and played great in center field that day. Soon after he got the call from a Cardinals scout and signed a minor league contract. Even though he did not advance to the major leagues it was a great experience, one he cherished and was very proud of. John continued playing semi-pro ball well into his 30's..then softball and finally racquetball.
John had a great personality, always interested in our life..a great smile..he loved his family..worked hard all his life and I will always be grateful to have had him for my big brother. May you rest in peace. All my love..your little brother Jimmy.
