Nora Kay Neely Wheeler, 73, passed away March 19, 2020 in Houston, Tx. She was born in Houston to Archie and Daisy Neely in 1946. She married Walter Wheeler and was with him until his passing in August 2019. She worked all of her life as a hairdresser. For many years she owned a beauty salon in southwest Houston. She was much beloved by her clients and coworkers. In addition to her work she enjoyed gardening, arranging silk flowers and taking care of her family and pets.

She is preceded in death by her husband and her parents. She is survived by her two sons and their families: Matthew Wheeler, his wife Beth and their children Taj and Meghan and Michael Wheeler, his wife Lisa and their children Sarah and Emily. She is survived by her brother Mark and her sisters Marcia and Andrea.
