Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of Rocky's passing. Rocky was such a handsome boy, and Nick was always so proud of his nephew. Nick especially loved when he took Rocky fishing at Lake Mead (I uploaded a picture). I still remember the time we went and watched him play baseball in Houston, which made Nick want to move there to be able to see him play sports year-round. Rocky grew into such a handsome, caring man. RIP Rocky -- we love you.

Condolence: To the Tarr family.. Rocky was one of a kind. We worked together 6 years at Cedar Landing & 1 year at Italianos. He was a kind, loving and giving sole. The first to step up and offer help. I loved working with him...Most of the time. Because he could make you so mad...I'm in the weeds. and then he would not say - I can't take a table...it was I won't take another table. I would get so mad at him. But you could not stay mad at him. He would look at you with that beautiful smile and then tell you some goofy joke. Rocky loved life and people. The late (very late) night videos he would send. I wanted to punch him... but then you would see that smile... RIP my friend..you will be missed.

Condolence: It's still hard to believe your gone. We have been through a lot over the years, but we were always in each other's Heart. I planted a tree in your Honor so it can grow and give pleasure to the world around us just as you did. You will always remain in my Heart and I know we will meet again. I Love you Rocky. Till then I'll keep your memory alive.

Condolence From: The Ello Family
Condolence: To Bobby Ray, Pat, Laura, Lana and all of the Tarr second generation of Pruitts and Taylors: You were all fantastic neighbors and it was an honor and just so much fun to live across the street from you and to get to grow up with Rocky. Of all his amazing qualities and light, I will always remember his contagious and heart-lifting laugh. We are very sad we won't be able to attend Rocky's service but know that all of you are truly in our thoughts, and please reach out if you need anything. Much love to you always.

Condolence: The past 5 mornings I’ve woke up and just a few seconds of peacefulness pass before I remember your gone. It still doesn’t seem real until I put down my phone at night and I know I’m not going to get one of your crazy calls. I love you & miss you! See you in Heaven one day! Love Laura

Condolence: My prayers go out to the Tarr family. I knew Rocky way back in the Laurel Wood Days. He was always so sweet and funny. Not a mean bone in his body. Our mom's became friends back them. He will be missed but NEVER forgotten.
