Rocky Joe Tarr was born in Upland, California on February 28, 1970 to Robert Tarr and Patricia Tarr.
Rocky lived in Humble all his life. He loved fishing, grew up on Lake Houston. Loved Jet Skiing and Water Skiing. One day he caught 76 baby turtles. Anyone that knew Rocky knows he was a fun Loving man and everyone loved Rocky.
He worked at Lochinvar Men’s Golf Club, Kingwood Country Club, Hearthstone Country Club,
Cedar Landing and last at Italiano’s in Humble.
He is preceded in death by his Grandfather’s Anthony Tarr, Nick Musolino, and Grandmother’s Marie Tarr and Mary Musolino.
He leaves behind his Father, Robert Tarr, Mother Patricia Tarr,
Two sister’s Lana Pruitt (husband Dwayne Pruitt), and Laura Taylor (husband Paul Taylor),
Niece’s Kelli Richardson (husband Jacob Richardson), Brittany Taylor, Cristina Keller (husband
Zach Keller), and Nephews, D.J. Pruitt, Cody Pruitt (wife Kaity Bakke Pruitt.) Great Niece Kate Richardson, Great Nephew Carter Richardson, and Great Nephew Gibson Brown. Numerous Aunts
and Uncles and cousins in Florida, Ohio, California and Nevada.
