Robert "Robin" Smith Reese, 62, of Houston, passed away on June 14, 2019. Robert was born in Richlands, Virginia on July 28, 1956. This year, Robert would have celebrated his 63rd birthday, however, after fighting leukemia for nearly three years he chose to go home. After a week-plus of goodbyes and smiles, he closed his eyes for a final time and is now with his family in heaven.

Robert went into the army in 1976. After finishing his service he moved to Houston. In the summer of 1981 in Houston, he met the love of his life, Liz Hewitt, 18 months later the two married and they had three children.

Robert lived for his family and when he passed he was surrounded by them. They stood by his side like he stood by theirs through the end.

Robert was proceeded in death by his brother, Richie. His mom, Iva Williams. His father-in-law and mother-in-law Robert Lee and Fannie Hewitt. He is survived by his wife Liz and sons, Joshua, Zachary and Noah and his daughter-in-law Alexis.
