Vivian Arlene Davis (Nix)
Mrs. Vivian Arlene (Nix) Davis, of Crossett, Arkansas, born on December 18, 1930 in Willow (Dallas County), Arkansas, to the late Willie Burnette Goyne Nix and the late Joel Sanford Nix, passed away at age 88 on June 12, 2019 in Humble, Texas. She graduated from Taylor, Arkansas High School (Class of 1947) and Magnolia A&M (Southern Arkansas University) in 1949. Vivian was the loving wife of Billy Kea Davis. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Vivian B Davis; sister, Kathryn Rea; grandson, Stephen D Davis; friend, Velma Crane; and cat, Sam. Vivian is survived by her son, Stephen K and wife Lynn Davis; daughter, Kelly J and husband James Hill; grandchildren, Sarah and husband Chris Hall, Jesse Hill, Tamara and husband Steven Picou, Heather and husband Jordan Cagle, Angela and husband Michael Folmar and Claire Davis; great-grandchildren, Jaden Galliano, Zoë Cagle, Mason Picou, Olivia Picou, Brittany Folmar, Victoria Folmar, Jocelyn Folmar, Seanessy Folmar, and Colton Travers; niece, Peggy Rea; nephew, Roger Rea; and friend, Kenneth Crane. Vivian loved crocheting, cooking, bible study, reading, listening to celtic music, student of travel (places and things). She was a member of Crossett First Baptist Church, Crossett, Arkansas.
