Rhonda Richardson joined God and her parents on May 22, 2019. She is preceded in death by her loving mother Wanda Hall and father Elmer Richardson.
She is survived by her step mother Billie Richardson and brother Dewayne Richardson. She is also survived by her three children Chris Chaney, Trey Israel, Amanda Ramkissoon and husband Vijay Ramkissoon. She left behind five grandchildren Christopher Chaney, Anjolie Chaney, Kayleigh Chaney, Adryan Ramkissoon and Aleyna Ramkissoon. She also had numerous step brothers and step sisters, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was a loving mother and grandmother who spent her free time travelling and gardening. She was an avid animal lover and great friend. She has been employed with the State for the last 25 years and was preparing to retire. She will be dearly missed.
