Rodger Patrick Cody Jr. was born on February 8, 1960 to parents Rodger Patrick Cody Sr. and Jeanne Audrey Cody in Baltimore, Maryland. He worked in the electric motor business for over 35 years and developed numerous customer relationships. He had a passion for landscaping and was known for winning "yard of the month" on several occasions.

Left to cherish his memories are wife of 25 years, Michelle Cody; children, Sara Neil and Brandon Cody; Stepdaughter, Miranda McCulloch; father, Rodger Patrick Cody Sr.; siblings: Diane Finkelstein (Lester), Warren Dowson, Jr., Susan Avriett (Alan), Jeanne Hilko (Mike); grandchildren, Trenton and Trinity and numerous nieces and nephews.

Rodger was preceded in death by his mother Jeanne Audrey Cody and sister Shirlee Roberson.
