Obituary for Buddy Gene Lentz

Buddy Gene  Lentz
Buddy Gene Lentz, 79, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2019 in Conroe, Texas. Buddy loved to work on his cars, loved his tools and his tractors! He also was a sportsman, he pitched horseshoes, bowled and played softball. Buddy was a very enthusiastic person with the things he loved to do and the people he loved in his life. He was preceded in death by; loving wife of 23 years, Lorraine Lentz; siblings, Sheila Lentz, Karen Beamon and Keith Lentz.
Buddy is survived by his children; DelRay Lentz and wife Lisa, Sherri Saul, Romi Lentz Sandel and husband Joel, Denise Mott, Bobby Lentz and wife Carrie; Kimberly Mott-Roark, Daryl Lentz and wife Fernanda; grandchildren, Brig, Shaye, Moriah, Tristan, Jake, Jessica, Prescott, Patty, Barrett, Cooper, Jack, Sarah, Levi and Noah; great-grandchildren, Lyla and Hunter; siblings, Jerry Lentz, Jay Lentz and wife Laura, Phyllis Brown and husband Melvin; numerous other relatives and a host of loving friends.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, April 7, 2019 at Rosewood Funeral Home Humble. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 8, 2019 at Rosewood Funeral Home Chapel Humble. Graveside services will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park. Honored by serving as pallbearers are, Jay Lentz, Joel Sandel, Shaye Lentz, Brig Lentz, Steve Orphan, Barrett Lentz and Larry Cook; honorary pallbearers, Jerry Lentz, Rene (Butch) Brown and Raymond Lesak.
Family and friends are invited to join in fellowship at Buddy’s house, 2025 Northampton Dr., Conroe, Texas 77303 following the interment services.
