The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Peggy Daniels can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Life Story for Peggy Carolyn Daniels (Lowman)

Peggy Carolyn  Daniels (Lowman)
Peggy Carolyn Lowman Daniels, born October 6, 1935 to Paul and Vivienne Lowman in Houston, Texas passed peacefully, March 24, 2019 in Spring.

Peggy graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing. She worked 40 years as an ICU Nurse.

Peggy’s fondest childhood memories were time spent with her grandmother, picnics with her Father at his company, and shopping with her mother.

Peggy’s proudest family moments were both of her sons and their marriages, the births of her 4 grandchildren and Kyle’s graduation from TEXAS A&M in May 2017.

Peggy enjoyed working with stained glass, needlepoint, singing in the choir, playing the piano, decorating her house at Christmas, loving her little dogs, playing cards and dominoes at church, visiting with family and close friends.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Billy Daniels and her brother, Paul E. Lowman Jr.

She is survived by her sons, Michael N. Daniels and wife Kimberly, David Daniels and wife Marti;

Grandchildren, Kyle Daniels, Austin Daniels, Alec Daniels and Abby Daniels; sister-in-law, Paulette Moore and husband David; nieces, nephews, and other family and close friends.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00p.m., Friday, March 29, 2019 at Rosewood Funeral Home Humble. Graveside services will begin at 2:00 p.m. in Rosewood Memorial Park.

We want to extend our gratitude to The Pines at Oakhurst for their attentiveness, compassion and loving care given to Peggy. We appreciate support of Oasis Hospice.
