Tricked Again!

When Josh visited Colorado a few years ago we planned to go snowboarding with his buddy Shawn. As an amateur snowboarder, I was nervous to keep up with "the boys." We started off on green runs and Josh and Shawn would fly down the mountain and wait for me at the bottom while I sloooowly leafed down the hill, yay me. Throughout the day I got better, faster, and more confident in my runs. Josh turns to me and goes, "I think you're ready for a blue run. It's not much different from green." I agreed and we took a ski lift to the top of the mountain. I fall off the ski lift, like a clumsy amateur does, and we rode to the entrance of the run. I look up and it reads "Black Diamond." What the?!! I turn to him and he AND Shawn are laughing and go "you'll be fine!" and take off down the mountain. I didn't want to wimp out so I leafed and sat on my butt, then leafed and sat on my butt, all while they were at the bottom waiting patiently for me. After what felt like 100 years, I finally made it down (ALIVE) and we all laughed, knowing I lived, and I just thought "yet another trick from Mr. Josh Willuhn."
