Carlton R. “Slick” McCall went to meet his Lord on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Slick was born on Sunday, January 12, 1941 in Nacogdoches, Texas to Carl McCall and Gertrude Collins McCall O’Briant. Slick is survived by his loving wife of 32 years; Ruth E. McCall, his daughters; Michelle McCall and Cyndi Sanders, his son Carlton R. McCall, Jr., grandchildren; Josh Touchstone, Emily Barnett, Jake Sullivan, Chance Sullivan, Brooke Sullivan, Destynee Lopez, Heather Bullard and Torey McCall , numerous great-grandchildren and his best fur baby Misty McCall. He is preceded in death by his mother, Gertrude Collins McCall O’Briant, father, Carl McCall, Brother Bobby McCall, and daughters, Sharon Britton and Diane Sanders. Slick had a love for gardening, his motorcycles and building model cars. He will be missed by his family and friends. A memorial service will be held at Rosewood Funeral Home in Humble, Texas on February 22, 2019 at 2PM.
