I miss you and should have been by your side when you needed me most. I'm so wrapped up in myself that I do not take the time to cherish the ones I love and who love me, while they are alive.
I am going to remember you as the man I grew up with and looked up to like a superhero. Not the man who became prisoner to the will of others and his own emotions.
Your Grandsons Johnny III and Joaquin will carry on your legacy after me. I vow to you this day that I will raise them as well as you did me. Thank you for everything you selflessly did for me. Never once did you pass judgment upon me and let me freely grow.
Condolence: My sincere condolences to the Family of Mr. John Adams, Sr.
I would like to share a Bible verse concerning our loved ones that have passed. Revelation 21:4 states, "...God will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be nor more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Another, John 5:28, 29 states that we have the real hope of being reunited with our dead loved ones.
I hope this brings you comfort during such a difficult time in life. Please view the article, “Can the Dead Really Live Again?”, at jw.org.
With Heartfelt Sympathy,
