Aurora Ortiz Morris, 72, of Porter went to be with her Lord Saturday, December 29, 2018. She was born Saturday, September 28, 1946 to Reynaldo and Sulema Ortiz. Aurora is preceded in death by her husband Paul Morris. She is survived by her son, Chris Morris and wife Janie; grandchildren, Andrea, Kayla, James, Jacob and Joshua; great-grandchildren, Makenzie, Abigail, Sophia, AJ, Kyndall, Landyn, Hunter; siblings, Joe Ray Ortiz, Dora Salinas, Mary Lou Reyes, Mary Guzman, Rosalie Moody, Jo Cindy Webb, Johnny Ray Ortiz; and many other family members and friends. A visitation will be Sunday, January 6, 2019 at
Rosewood Funeral Home in Porter from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A rosary will be recited at 4:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be 11:00 AM Monday, January 7, 2019 at St John of the Cross Catholic Church in New Caney, Texas. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park North in Porter, Texas.
