Condolence From: Kirk Anderson
Condolence: Its hard to believe that such a special guy has been gone for a year. We are happy that his wife Debbie has worked her way back home to Milwaukee. Thanks to Dennis and Debbie's collection of Hallmark ornaments over their many years together, my wife Sherry and friends were able to decorate a tree this week at the Ronald McDonald House in Detroit, Michigan. I still smile some times thinking about Uncle Goofy and the special funny guy he was. I am sure he is still spreading his mantra of "Keep Smiling" even when times get a little tough. While NIke's tag line is "Just Do It", his was "Just Did It". Long live his memories.

Condolence: My deepest and most sincere condolences to the family. I will always remember Dennis for his good spirit, his generous heart and his smile. He was more than a co-worker; he was a good and caring friend. Keep smiling Dennis......for that is how you will be remembered. I will miss you.

Condolence From: KIRK ANDERSON
Condolence: I have known Dennis for almost 50 years. He’s my brother in law. Everyone liked him. Spend more time with him and you loved him………... funny tee shirts, crazy colors, Packer power and colorful quips. His nieces and nephews called him Uncle Goofy, which speaks for itself. There are already so many perfect tributes describing his generosity, mentoring, work ethic, humor, caring, nurturing, love, patriotism etc. The standout for me was his character, even at an early age, just like his dad Tom. He had uncommon common sense. He knew what was right and what was wrong. His honesty was worn on his sleeve and he never tried to rationalize a wrong to a right. He lived a principled life and had a lot of fun doing it. It was never about money or things (although he had some weird stuff), but about Debbie, his family, his faith and his friends. I believe “be a good friend and you’ll have many” and Dennis had mega many. He is already truly missed but will still bring a lot of smiles to a lot of people in years to come. His mantra is Keep Smiling, and he lived it to his last day. Thanksgiving 2010=286 smiles.
P.S. After 1/1/2019 go on Packers.com and vote Dennis into the 2019 Packer Fan Hall of Fame. He is a finalist and deserves the honor.

Condolence: My husband Adam and I moved into our first home next door to Dennis and Debbie in May of 2017. The first time I met Debbie, she told me that Dennis was battling cancer and that he had already lived longer than he was expected to. Knowing that, Adam and I both thought that we wouldn’t get to know the Willey’s very well due to everything they were going through. We could not have been more wrong. We made awesome memories with Dennis and Debbie playing darts and cards, watching football games, and hanging by the pool. He was going through so much with his illness, but never complained and was always a joy to be around. I will miss Dennis yelling over our fence to tell us to come have a drink with him and “Mrs. Willey.” Even though we only knew Dennis for a short time, his generosity, loving nature, humor, and positivity made a lasting impact on us. Moving next door the Willey’s has been (and continues to be) one of the biggest blessings of our life together. We love you Dennis, and we can’t wait to see you again.
