Obituary for
Theresa Ann Davis (Pearson)
Theresa Ann Pearson Davis went to be with her Lord on Saturday, November 17, 2018 in Houston Texas. Theresa was born in Perryton, Texas to Murl and Annabelle Pearson on December 8, 1955. On May, 15, 1987 she married the love of her life, Otis Larry Davis.
Theresa is survived by her husband of 31 years, Larry Davis; her son, Gary Scott Davis and his wife Rosa; her daughter, Toni Diane Logsdon and her husband Randy; her father, Murl Edwin Pearson, Sr.; sister, Linda Jean Town and husband Bruce; brothers, David DeWayne Pearson and wife Cyndi and Calvin Lee Pearson and wife Darla; sister-in-law, Aloha Pearson; Grandchildren, Lane, Sierra, Trey and Pedro; Great Grandchildren, Alex and Isaiah; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Theresa is preceded in death by her mother, Annabelle Snyder Pearson; and her brothers, Murl Edwin Pearson, Jr. and John Mark Pearson.
Theresa especially loved spending time with her family and friends; she had a knack for coming up with fun and creative ideas for any type of home interior, crafting and/or gardening project, and was always excited about it, and anxious to get it underway. Having spent many evening and weekend hours with family and friends freely sharing her natural ability and talent in keeping hair and nails in good form, she went on to pursue her license in cosmetology. She was adamant about making sure that if you darkened her doorway or even if you were just passing through- she was going to feed you. She was daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, friend, confidant, and teacher. And most importantly, a child of God. But by far, one of her most favorite titles, for which she felt most accomplished, considering it perhaps the greatest reward ever received... was the title of “MeMe”. From all those whose life you have touched, know that you will forever be cherished, greatly missed and always, always in our hearts… Soar with angels, beautiful…
There will be a visitation on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 11 AM to 12 PM, with a funeral service to follow at 12 PM at Rosewood Funeral Home Atascocita Chapel in Humble, Texas
