Luther Collins Reed, 77, of Porter went to be with his Lord Thursday, September 13, 2018. He was born Wednesday, September 18, 1940 in Harlingen, Texas. Luther is survived by his wife, Phillis Reed; children, Amy Reichman, John Reed; grandchildren; Alexis Reichman, Reed Reichman, Macie Reichman, Chyenne Reed; brothers, Paul Reed, Lonnie Reed; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his, parents Paul Reed and Lillie Reed Kemble.A visitation will be Monday, September 17, 2018 at Rosewood Funeral Home in Humble from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Rosewood Funeral Home in Humble. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park, in Humble, Texas.
