Kevin was a very valued member of the San Juan Construction family. We feel so blessed to have gotten to know him and to be a part of his life for the past 9 months. Kevin spoke of his family often and with great pride. He was a devoted and loving father who was so proud of all 4 of his children. The time Kevin spent on Kwajalein he was among people that admired, respected and valued him greatly. We are all so saddened by his passing. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all!
