Obituary for Michael Robert Young

Michael Robert Young was born in Worcester, MA on November 11, 1966 and passed away in Pasadena, TX on July 6, 2018. He graduated from Pasadena High School with the class of 1985. He then went on to graduate from the Pasadena Police Academy in 1991, where he served many ranks on the police force.
Michael is preceded in death by his loving wife and soulmate Kathy Young, and his father Lawrence C. Young Sr..
Michael is survived by his loving family, his son Ryan Young, his mother Janice Young, his sister Karen R. Holleman and husband Larry; his brother Larry Young JR., and wife Sherry; his sister Tammie Gabbert and husband Scott, as well as his 3 step children Craig Sartor, Caylee Smith, and Chadd Sartor; several amazing nieces and nephews, 4 great nephews, and 3 amazing grandchildren with countless friends.
Our Celebration of Life for Michael will be held at Rosewood Funeral Home Pasadena Chapel at 3939 Pasadena Blvd, Pasadena, TX on Thursday July 12th, 2018 at 2:00PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to MD Anderson Cancer Research Fund or Memorial Herman Cancer Research Center.
Family requests instead of suits or dresses you may wear fishing, hunting and Under Armor shirts.
