Dave/Bo and Dorothy Tullos & Family
My first memory of Patsy goes back to the 1960's at Humble Elementary. Our oldest son was beginning first grade in a classroom across the hall from Patsy's class. I remember how impressed I was with her relationship with her students and co-workers. And, I remember those wigs and wondered why she chose to cover her beautiful hair!
Through the years our paths would cross as we both worked throughout the district on different campuses. My kids were never lucky enough to be in her class, but one son treasures memories of having her as his counselor.
Not sure when our working relationship blossomed into a true life-long friendship. Over the years we have traveled many miles throughout Texas and adjoining states. We have shared holidays, laughter, and tears.
Patsy and I were both babies of our families being born late in life to our parents. I think that was a common bond that we had.
I will treasure the memories, dear friend.
I'll bet you are already organizing a tour of Heaven. Be happy. Love you.
