Elida C. Morales, 91, born June 22, 1925, in Mission, Texas went to Paradise May 26, 2017, in Pasadena, Texas.
She is survived by her sisters, Celia Sosa and Guadalupe Sosa; by her sons, Federico, Yrael, Vicor, Ricardo, Jose Rolando; by her daughters, Oralia, Teresa, Imelda, Aurora, Mary Alice, Anita, Yolanda, Esmeralda, and Martina; by her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and great-great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnoldo Morales; by her father, Juan Chavez; by her mother, Aurora Chavez; by her sisters, Ramona Santana, Candida Mendez; by her brothers, Pedro Chavez, Roberto Chavez, Oscar Chavez, and Arturo Chavez.
She loved and enjoyed worshiping the Lord in prayer, singing gospel songs, and she served for many years as a volunteer in church.
