Condolence: Miss Lillie was like a second mother to me. We had a loving bond together and both shared the love of life and "chocolate". She always talked about how happy she and Jack were and how much they loved square dancing and playing Bridge! She wrote poems to me and here is one she wrote April 22,2002: A Gracious Lord "Giving Comfort, Giving Grace, No One Else can take Your Place, In the depth of my Despair, I always Feel Your Presence There." Miss Lillie was so special to me and I know she is reunited with her love and the Lord. Sincerely, Melissa

Condolence: Lillie Mae Shearin was a very sweet lady. I believe that the Lord just wanted to spend some time with her on valentines day and he took her to a better place. I know she had a small frame, however she had a big heart. She was beautiful and always had a smile on her face. She was well dressed. So now Steve Young and I pray for comfort to surround all of you who are called family to Lillie. The Lord is always near.
