From the time I first met Julio in 1970 I could tell immediately that he was a man of God. Julio always had a smile and a love in his heart for those around him, Especially family and Christian friends. I always loved to hear him pray, which was done in Spanish. Even though I couldn't understand what he was saying I could tell he was very sincere and just knew God was listening. We have lost a wonderful friend, for a while here on earth, but one day will be reunited with him in an eternal heaven.
