Obituary for Valentin Rangel

Born Feb 14, 1929 to Clara and Polocaprio Rangel. He proceeds in death of three sisters and one brother. Leaving one living brother, Teodeso Rangel. He helped his family in helping by being a cotton picker and stable hand. He later married Anita Rodriguez on December 10, 1949. They were blessed with four children, Janie, Frank, Gilbert & Sylvia. He moved his family to Houston in 1962. He provided his family with jobs with 0&0 Construction, Brown & Root and Katy Independent School District. He retired in 1994 from Katy Independent School District. He then maintained a lawn care service to keep busy. He enjoyed working in his yard and keeping up with repairs around the home. His past time was family and friends. If you invited him to a party or gathering he was there and always on time. NO one was a stranger to him; always could strike up a conversation with anyone he met. He always helped anyone in need. His heart was big & kind. Never afraid to give you words of wisdom. He leaves behind a Wife, two daughters, two sons, eleven grandchildren, six-teen great grandchildren...
