Condolence: I had the pleasure of working with Kit a very short time at Park Lakes. She was very supportive while I was going through treatment for breast cancer. I prepared many meals for Kit and Ronnie. I wish we could've spent more time together. Kit is now in a better place.

Condolence: Kit was truly an amazing person and we're better off having had her in our lives.

When I was moving this past weekend from Park Lakes, where we both lived, I ran into Ronnie. We talked for a few minutes and then I took another load to the new house. On my way back I was feeling down again thinking of them both and driving through one of Houston's hot afternoon thunder storms. As I pulled up to Park Lakes though, the rain stopped, the clouds parted and there was a rainbow over the site. Coincidence? Maybe, but I'm choosing to believe it was more.
