Robin Lyn Tibbetts was born Monday, February 12, 1951 in Springfield, Massachusetts to John Laird and Ernestine Louise Browning. She departed this earth for her heavenly home Sunday, August 21, 2016
Robin is preceded in the death by her daughter Donna Browning Tibbetts and her parents.
Robin is survived by her daughters Tara Michelle Jackson and husband Cristopher ; Samantha Leigh Kato and husband Jason, and her son Millard Parker Tibbetts III ( Beau).
Her grandchildren: Ana Marie Tibbetts, Tabitha Renee Pennington, Christa Leigh Pennington, Kevin Craig Stephens, Korra Lewene Stephens, Emma Mae Jackson, Olivia MacKinze Jackson, Austen O’Neal Kato, Ethen Lawrence Kato, Alyssa Lyn Kato, Tyler Jody Soto and wife Chesney, Cameron Reed Tibbetts, Karissa Faith Tibbetts. Great –grand children: Eric Lee Tibbetts, Marc Anthony Tibbetts, Dawna K’Leigh Tibbets and Riggen Hunter Soto.
There is not a life she touched that was not forever changed. Her great passion was the time she worked as a E.M.T. Robin was a member of Shepherd EMS and the Shepherd Fire Department for many years. She made many friendships that lasted her lifetime while giving freely and passionately of herself to help others. E.M.S. was her passion, she continued after moving to Odessa but her failing health did not allow her to continue for long after that. Robin was a kind giving soul who helped anyone and everyone if they were in need. She would give to others and go without herself just so she could help others. Her smile, warm hugs and infectious laughter will never be forgotten.
Robin left this earth way too young but her Christian faith and acceptance of Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior ensure she is out of pain, no longer sick walking the streets of gold.
