Condolence From: John R McGInnis
Condolence: Dr. Elliott was part of the Chiropractic professions most significant achievements. His service to the profession will always be remembered. With his passing of Chiropractic's old guard, so much of our history is lost. Our thoughts and prayers go out to he Elliott family. To be at peace is serene. God Bless.

Condolence: Thoughts and prayers to Connie, and the entire Elliott family. What a great loss, but I can't help but smile when I think about Dr. Elliott. I met him in Galveston in about 2000. He always left his card, signed with the signature 'green' sharpie. More memorable though, was at his retirement event he commented 'you don't know what you mean to other people's lives'---and he was right, few people have made me feel better about myself that Dr. Elliott. Always upbeat and encouraging. Rest in peace, Shelby.

Condolence From: Dr. Mike Flynn
Condolence: To Connie and the Elliot family: Shelby was a giant in my eyes and in the eyes of many. I remember the first time I met him as a student in the early 70's - brash, outspoken and authentic. Years later I followed him as chairman of the board of the American Chiropractic Association - we debated many issues - always with smiles on our faces. The chiropractic profession can see further now having stood on his shoulders. He has left us a lasting legacy and I know you and the family will cherish his memories and the love you shared forever. May he Rest In Peace.

Condolence: I had so hoped to see you one more time this coming year, Uncle Shelby. My loss. But Uncle Horace has kept me in the loop and I have your book of memories and photos to keep me knowing the family you are to me. I wish the family joy at your life and just enough sadness to miss you. You did well. Love, Marie
