Mary Bernice Sicinski James, 80, passed away on April 18, 2015. She was born on July 15, 1934 in Richards, Texas. Mary attended High School at Incarnate Word Academy in Houston, Texas. She was a resident of Porter, Texas, until 2001, Atascocita, Texas until 2015 and Village on the Park Retirement Home.

Mary retired from the U.S. Postal Service. Most recently, she worked at Lowe's in Atascocita, becoming an endeared friend & co-worker.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Billy R. James and other family members. She is survived by 5 Children, 13 Grandchildren & 9 Great-Grandchildren.

There will be a Visitation & Rosary from 5:00pm until 8:00pm Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Rosewood Funeral Home, 22271 US Hwy. 59 N, Porter, Texas 77365. An 11AM Funeral Mass will be held at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church, 2308 3rd Street, Huffman, Texas 77336 on Thursday, April 23, 2015. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park North, 22271 US Hwy 59 N, in Porter.
