Obituary for James Michael Milligan

James “Mike” Michael Milligan, 61, passed away September 12, 2014 in Houston, Texas. James was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Lorraine Milligan; brother, Samuel Milligan; sister, Patricia Chappell. Mike is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Patsy Jo Milligan; sons, Marcus Anderson and wife, Donna, Christopher Milligan and wife Maryssa; grandchildren, Kendal Phillips, Kane Anderson, Colton Anderson, Sloan Milligan; sisters and brother, Sharon Bubb, Ernest Milligan and wife Marilyn, Linda Lynch, Cathy Herman, Glenda Kennair and husband El, Sheila Smith and husband Steve. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Rosewood Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop John Wesley Williams officiating.
