Danny Ray Johnson,69, went to be with the Lord on August 19, 2014.
He is survived by his only son, Craig Alan Johnson; his loving mother, Bertha Newton; sister, Patricia Owen; many special nephews and nieces, and by his faithful church friends.
He was a member of Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Pasadena for 8 years. He loved all sports but was an avid Cowboy and Astros fan. He served his country honorably in the Navy for four years, worked and retired from Bay Area Ford. He is loved and will be missed by many.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, August 21, 2014, at Rosewood Funeral Home, 3939 Pasadena Blvd., Pasadena, Texas 77503. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2014, at Rosewood Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
