Condolence From: Rhonda Manuel
Condolence: Aunt Marie, Gerald, and family,
Words seem so inadequate to convey my sympathy regarding the passing of Uncle Johnny. He leaves behind a legacy of family, friends, and many fond memories. I will remember his dry wit and quiet demeanor which could take one by surprise. He was a strong man who was central to his beloved family. He enjoyed many years and good health. Uncle Johnny will be sorely missed. Love to all!

Hearing what he went thru at the Battle of the Bulge was amazing. Uncle Johnny - you are my hero! Thank you for your sacrifice during WWII. I am proud that you were my Uncle & my friend, I will miss you. Aunt Marie, Gerald, Scott, Kevin & Angie - my prayers are with you. Keep his memory in your heart until you see him again in Heaven.

Condolence: Marie, Uncle Gerald, Scott and Kevin and all the wives and grandkids I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Johnny's passing. He was a special man to live next door to for 22 years. He watched me grow from a baby, to a bratty kid, a teenager all the way to an adult and at every stage always picking on me. Half of the time I didn't know what he was saying because it was in Cajun!! Or he was trying to tell me I needed to smoke a cigars with him always knowing that was not going to happen. Or sometimes just wanting me to drink V-8 with him because it was good for me!!He was a great man and I look forward to seeing him one day in the future to maybe find out what some of those words were now that I'm old enough! My prayers go out to all of you and if you need anything please let me know. I love all of you.
